("IndustryEye") at any time, and changes are effective without notice upon each user (i.e. you).

Definitions

The term "Site", as referred to in these terms and conditions shall mean the IndustryEye corporate website.

The term "Bookmarking", as referred to in the terms and conditions shall mean The act of placing a webpage (URL) into a temporary file on your browser so that you may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have been precedent.

IndustryEye and the Site reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach the terms of this agreement, in which case you will be obligated to immediately destroy any information downloaded, printed or otherwise copied from the Site. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

IndustryEye makes no representation that the materials available on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from jurisdictions where their contents are illegal is prohibited. These terms and conditions are to be governed and construed by Ontario (Canada) law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to the Site, litigation must be brought in court in Ontario, Canada.

If the Site enables users to share information with other users, users agree not to submit, publish, or display on the Site any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material.

The user hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 (21 in AL, MS, NE, and WY), and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.

18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notice

In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, displayed on our websites, were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created.

All other visual depictions displayed on our websites are exempt from provision of United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, because such visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in the United States Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, Section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
